I will be hiring a contractor to install flooring on the top floor of my home, and am wondering what questions I should ask before I hire anyone. I know I should ask for examples of their work, confirm that they’ve worked with the wood I want installed, and that they’ve done the type of installation I want. Is there anything else I should ask for in terms of qualifications? Is there anything I should watch out for?
