I have a customer who has unfinished wood, she wants it cleaned. Now that is no problem I have cleaned many unfinshed wood floors in the past. My question for you is . Is there anything I can apply to the floor besides polyurethane or paste wax? Can I seal the wood then apply a floor finish? Please let me know hats out there for unfinished wood floors.

There are as many "sealers" for unfinished wood as there are stars in the sky. It is a huge subject that is not for the unskilled. I suggest a licensed and experienced flooring finisher be hired to do this.

Have you seen it? I've never come across "unfinished wood" Customers always throw crap out that is unfounded and they don't know what they are talking about. So this wood was installed then never finished? Or this is a new house with a new floor. Please explain more. The floor would need some addressing before the sealer was put down also.
