We installed a Bruce Turlington Engineered Oak floor for a customer in Dec. 2010 and it looks terrible - pits, scratches, etc. Armstrongs has refused to replace it - any suggestions, comments, other experiences with this product? We have never seen this kind of wear on a floor!

Yeah, read the Maintenance section of your warranty. Unless the finish is flaking off I doubt any manufacturer would warranty pits and scratches.
