Hello I need a little help. I have some left over hardwood flooring I would like to sell, but I do not know its worth. What I have is select grade Walnut that is solid wood. The pieces are 16' (sixteen feet) long, 2" (two inches) wide, and 3/4" high(?) There are 8 packs of 6 in each pack, so 42 pieces total, tongue and groove. They are all straight pieces, with the same dimensions, and have been kept inside and dry. Thank You for any help you give, and of course I understand that these are only estimates. I just have no idea what to ask for this hardwood flooring. I can also send a picture if necessary.

Sounds like you have about 128sf total. 21/4 select walnut runs about 4 bucks a square foot. Due to the fact that you only have a small lot you probably have to sell for less.
