What's a good prefinished floor that has the least amount of crack in between boards? As close to sanded finish possible? Thanks!

More than likely it will have to be engineered. The Lauzon square edge is a top notch looking floor once installed. The short lengths can be a turnoff but if installed properly you'll hardly notice them. Kahrs is also another option with the Mega Strip. There are others like Margaratelli but costs are over $10 square foot.

Premier Performance from Armstrong/Hartco, also have a square edge.

That Kahrs Mega, is sweet, but the Lauzon is to die for.

Bruce fulton strip is not a bad choice if you allow 10-15% waste for culling.
