If you watch the following youtube video, the first 3 pictures are of my main floor and the last one is upstairs. The upstairs picture might be the same wood but just a different grade. I think I will be sanding all of them down and sealing/finishing with Arboritec First Coat/Avenue. I do have a neutral dura-seal for floors that i might use as well. The first 2 pictures are 3 1/4 inch boards that change to 5 1/4 in the hallway (third pic). Upstairs is all 5 1/4". Any info regarding this topic (especially regarding wood-type) would be greatly appreciated.

The wood upstairs with the large knots seems to be white pine. The lighting on many jpegs throws me off though.

I'm having a hard time zeroing in on the downstairs floor. The color looks like pine but some of the grain is throwing me off.I'm leaning toward yellow pine but I'm not certain

Upstairs: That's Knotty White Pine, 99%

Downstairs: I'm confused with the grain for the wood. Regular White Pine doesn't have this kind of grain and heart pine has more attractive grains. Although, Yellow(Southern yellow) Pine has more color in it, but since it's just photos... My guess it's some sort of 2nd grade of Yellow Pine, 70% sure.
