Final inspection for color is on the end user. You put it down and you have accepted it for good/bad. I feel your pain and think it a crock to not stand behind the product you make. I'd do as Jeff said and see if one of the other samples is a dead on match. Ive received floors that had boxes where they were mislabeled then someone caught it and relabeled them several times. If you saw the typical flooring manufacture work force you would under stand how easily this could happen.
