 Post subject: 5" plank Nailing?

I'm planning to install 5" wide 3/4" thick Hickory floors. What would you all recommend for nailing distances from the ends and in the field? Subfloor/underlayment is 2 layers of 1/2" plywood. Thanks in advance.

I would fasten every 8", 4" from the ends.
