Does this include cabinets for an island?

I have done flooring around islands both ways. Either before cabinets or after. There is no right or wrong. It is easier to lay the floor without the island cabinet in the way but some are so complex the builder will install the island cabinet first. Many islands today have sinks, cooktops and even mini fridges so most builders prefer to set the islands before the flooring.
