Just bought my first home and closed yesterday. I went over to the house after work and pulled up the carpets some. The floors appear to be oak. It runs throughout the house - living room, hallway, and 3 bedrooms.

They look really good besides some nail and staple holes. There are a few small dark spots that just may need to be cleaned. Ideally, I would rather fill in the holes and seal instead of sanding and staining and refinishing. I know the pics aren't the best, but what do you think?
