Does anyone know if there are any warranties on flooring if pets urinate and stain hardwood floor??

Or if there is a specific hardwood/ sealer / finish that does not stain if my pet urinates on the floors?

Never heard of a warranty or finish that claims pet proof. And if one did I would question them honoring it. I guess you can get samples for the old torture test, dont think I want to know the testing process. OR, keep the pooch off the wood.

No warrantee from any manufacturer I know of regarding urine stains. Maybe the pet store will step up and warrantee the pooch against peeing on the floor.

No, I don't believe so. We had a similar issue when we were potty training a litter of puppies and had just had new hard woods installed. Ours wasn't a really big deal, but I assume that that if I had tried to call and ask they would tell me no.
