Here are my specifics. Engineered bamboo floating over lightweight concrete in a second story condo. I have purchased a pad that has a built in vapor barrier on one side. Should I lay down a 4-6mil poly sheet also? I am in a dry climate if it matters (Colorado).

The 3 in 1 pad should be fine. Second floor of a condo isn't going to have moisture problems in the lightweight concrete UNLESS there is a leak somewhere.
