First, I just want to say thank you to everyone on this site. It has opened my eyes to what it takes to put a floor down right. When we originally decided to put in wood flooring we just went out to the nearest big box store and placed an order figuring we could just open a box and staple it down like the salesman said. Luckily I found this site and we were able to cancel our order before it was too late.

I am now planning to staple down some Owens Plank Flooring and wanted to know what you would suggest for Stapler, staple length, staple gauge, and moisture barrier recommendations. This will be on the 1st floor going over an OSB underlayment glued on the original wood subfloor with a basement underneath. I think I have a good plan but I wanted to here how you experts would do it.
