Overlap Reducer source/substitute needed

I have spent HOURS trying to locate either a source to purchase or ideas to create a reasonable facsimile/substitute of an overlap reducer for my floating bamboo floor,5/8" which transitions to the adjoining tile floor.
Impossible! :mrgreen:

Does anyone have any suggestions for an effective reducer substitute?
I would appreciate any/all input!
