We are installing the last two rows of a 9/16 glueless floating floor from Tarkett. We will end up with a one inch gap between the wall and the last row (1/2 inch more than the required expansion gap). The quarter round we have can cover 3/4 inch space, no enough to cover our gap. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Rip a board and glue it in.

In a similar situiation, I ripped the thin piece and glued (with clamp) it to the larger piece of the previous row before face-nailing the previous row.

That's what I meant... Glue the T&G together, not really glue it down, but you can do that too.
