I am helping a guy clean his hardwood floors. He has a huge house with about 1,000 sq/ft of oak. We are looking for something with no shine and is water based. The house was built in 2002 so I'm guessing it is typical urethane. Can you recommend me some good cleaner?

any wood floor cleaner will be ok to just clean.
Bona cleaner is fine
what are you trying to accomplish? you do not intend on putting a urethane of some kind on the floors are you?
