I placed a very large order with them because they promised me I would have it by a certain date When my regular distributor said they couldn't. The date is now here but the material is not.

Happens quite a bit with those type of places. We recently had a job held up over month because of this.

I think most of the problem was the freight company. They were supposed to pick it up on Tuesday but didn't get it until Wednesday afternoon. After a lot of calls by both myself and Floormall they agreed to put it on a truck for delivery today. First the trucking company said it would be on site around 10AM so i called my customer and also my helper to let them know about 20 minutes later they called back and said it would be the first stop between 8-8:30 so I called my customer and my helper back to let them know. We got to the site around 7:45. What time do you think the truck showed up? You got it 10:00. Not floormalls fault but the more hands it touches the greater chance of problems. Bottom line deal with someone local.
