I just started reading up on installing hardwood floors. I'm totally new to this and would like to install hardwood in my home. I'm not sure If I want to do this on my own. Can someone have references to a tutorial for installing hardwood floors.

Anyone can install hardwood, but not just anyone can do it right. I suggest calling a professional and letting them take care of it. There's just too many variables when dealing with wood.

depends on how you want it to look. its very easy to do it, but to make it look really good you have to be a pro. i consider myself not knowing what im doing but i do my own rental houses so the floors dont have to look perfect. if it was my own house i would hire a professional.
