Hi
My son just bought an older home and we are wanting to restore the floors as when we tore out carpet it is hardwood and not in that bad of shape. Is there any sites or help we can get to findout where to begin on this project?
Is there such thing as a stripper to strip any old wax or what ever off before sanding?

The subject of restoring and refinishing wood floors is way too broad to discuss from start to finish in a forum. Essentially, multiple steps are performed in proper order to achieve success. Perhaps consider getting this book by Don Bollinger.
