I didn't know Ray was a panelist? What qualifies someone as a panelist? Do they have articles written?

Tight? Absolutely not. Ray is one I know I can get to do things if I light a fire under him. I do not have any favorites and never will have any. Sure, if you put quality time into responses on this board you will become more favored.

Btw, I got some information from Exquisite Flooring but no bio or photo. Those are requirements not mentioned. I will update that link including this in the future.
