I was walking around Ace Hardware this morning and saw this "Spyder Scraper" Blade and picked one up.
I dont know if it speeds up the old hand scraping or not. Obviously can only be used for certain applications.
Has anyone used this ?

I'm curious if it works well. Let us know.

Well the thing did me in, fast. I'm in pretty good shape , but you gotta have arms like the Hulk to be dealing with a scraper on the end of a sawzall  My arms bout wanted to fall off. Also your suppose to run it at medium speed. If you dont continually run it at a perfect speed, it goes out of control easily. Few times the thing almost hurt me. Save your money for lunch !

Was it very sharp? I could see using it for small jobs but I think the scraper on my multi-function tool could do just as good.

It's a pretty sharp, hard blade. It's just real hard to control and eratic on a sawzall. Plus my old Milwaukee sawzall weighs alot, tough on the arms. Maybe it would work different with another saw?? If that sucker grabs onto something (like a crack or small hole ) the kick back is killer. Must have to do with the stroke length of the sawzall , and or the speed
