Ken, I like the new site. I get a kick out of the LL banner on the front page. Ive heard 10% of each sale goes directly toward marketing, those guys are everywhere you look.

It's not new really. It's just the way these message boards look "out of the box." I'd like to get both to match...but we've been over that before.

Marketing? Yep, they're huge on that and it bites them too. They seem to think that's more important (management with marketing backgrounds) than having experienced hardwood pros running their stores. And they wonder why they have so many consumer complaints. I guess it outweighs the negatives? More sales over fewer complaints? That's all I can think of.

Yeah, the new site looks pretty snazzy. I kind of missed not being able to interact here for a while
