I have read some messge traffic regarding the impacts of humidity on the flooring.

Should the new floor be delivered before the day of installation to allow it to be aclimated to the house? If so how many days before installation. We have been running our air conditioner to keep the humidity in check.

Thanks for any help.

Flooring should be aclimated to "live in conditions" it may be good to go right off the truck or it could take weeks. Your installer should have a moisture meter to verify this and if he doesnt find a new one.
