I had my floors refinished a week ago, to a beautiful dark walnut. Two days later, a fridge repairman was in and pulled it across the floor creating scratches. They're not huge, or deep, but definitely noticeable.

Is is possible to get some Polyurethane (I know they used semi-gloss), and spot paint those scratches?

Contact the company/floorman who did the job of refinishing. For a small fee, he may come out and make the repair the best he can. And it will be better than what you would be able to do. Make sure you tell that refer mover person that HE is getting the bill for the repair due to his negligence.

Thanks Gary.

I put a call in already, so hopefully the flooring guy can come out and make the fixes.

In case this happens again and I just want to do a quick patch, is it possible to just spot paint it with some Polyurethane?

In short, yes, you can apply poly to a scratch. Will it blend in perfectly? Probably not.
