What's the best way to finish the gap between hardwood floor and a curved counter when the flooring has been cut around the counter.

Obviously I can put up baseboard as it won't bend around the curve. I would like something that looks attractive because it's in a highly visible spot. Perhaps I should be thinking along the lines of wood filler? Or I could make my own wood filler using sawdust and adding the same stain used on the floor?

There is a vinly base board you can buy for this purpose. Or you could have undercut it possibly. Also you might ask around to see if someone can steam a piece of trim for ya.

I'd use Flex-mold.
