I'm currently searching for equipment to begin my business. I'd love to have suggestions on what I should use, or websites that can provide better deals than the local Flooring suppliers offer. If you guys could give me a few links, give me hints on the best way to manage things, or just any misc. information I would sincerely love it. If anyone has used equipment thats, of course, in well working condition that could keep me running for a while I'm very interested. Also I'd like to know what the Best sanding equipment is. I know Bona X provides high quality machines, and I saw some Taylor machinery but I haven't worked with anything but Bona X, because our local flooring company mainly carriers Bona and my boss is a huge believer in the Bona company. But once again any help ya'll could give me to get started would be great. I'll keep watching this, or if you'd like you can email me with any information at Kheym@charter.net

Thanks!

Kyle

A good web site to read is floormasters.com, go to floorstyles for equipment and supplies. Bona drum sanders are very good and either super 7, or B2 edger. justin

I have found that local distributors have good deals on used machines they trade for on new machines. Floorstyles prices have always been more expensive than other places that I get my product. Just what I have found on the stuff I use. This is partially due to shipping since I am in Kansas along way from Floorstyle.

It really depends.. do you have experience in floor sanding? Are you looking for an aggressive machine??... or something that cuts smoother and would require less "touching up"...Do you want a belt machine or a drum???
