I need some help getting this project started. All bedrooms and hallway are going to have wood running is same direction. Stairs of course the proper direction with bullnose.

Is the red line a good reference or where would someone suggest I start?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

I was hoping that you would respond Floorguy after reading many of your post. They are very helpful and I was hoping you could send me in the right direction.

Yes, it is a plan..a floor plan. Joke on me....you can click on the plan and it will enlarge a become more readable.

I was thinking about starting in the Guest Bedroom. Can I get some help with how to begin with my first board in that room?

Thanks

It's wise to start on the longest run with an install like that. Your red line could work. You can reverse direction after completing one side by using a spline. Not needed if you're gluing though. Measure off that top outside wall in both bedrooms and make marks on your subfloor. Chalk a line to connect the marks. This is your reference line. Use that to set your first row of flooring. By using a reference line, you'll be parallel with that exterior wall that is in both bedrooms. Good luck.
