How do I get this fixed? After I have taken the walls down the floors inside looked like this.....How do I get it to look the same as the other wood?

Your entire floor area needs to be re-sanded to bare wood and fresh coats of finish need to be applied. You can try to patch it up by blending but you won't be happy with the final product.

Refinish is really the only option to blend it all together.

I agree. A full sanding and refinish is what you need.
