Advice on 2.25" x 3/4" red oak removal for salvage. Any special tools, techniques, advice etc. to do this?

It is a nail down job from about 70 years ago. Need to salvage, not demo. Is it preferred to go from the tongue side vs. the groove side? Only have about 140 sqft to do. Is it one board at a time? Underlayment is the original 3/4" pine diagonally layed subfloor.

Thanks a bunch.

Use two moulding lifters.
