 Post subject: TO NAIL AND GLUE OR JUST NAIL?

I read somewhere a while back that 3/4" flooring, over 3" should be nailed AND glued. Is this the case? It would be on OSB subfloor.
Also...anybody know anything about a flooring brand called "Exdura"?

More like 5 inches for nail /staple and glue. Never heard of Exdura.
