a couple of berooms, same wood, just different lighting and flash on the camera.

Also a direction change from the Familyroom to the hallway to the bedrooms

Gluedown. I did the shoe molding, after the installation. The base was there.

This was a brand new fast tract home, he paid cash for. He didn't have flooring installed, but the baseboards where.

What do you mean by fastrac home? Is that the kind that you basically have the exact same house in a neighborhood and they pop up in like a week?

How decent are the subfloors in those houses?
