I just got rid of some bad tenants and they left me a surprise. Seems they were in the habit of tracking the oil from their leaking junkers right into the house. The carpets are throw aways and the hardwood looks like it was paved with asphalt. What's the best way to clean that oil off before I call the refinishers?
