Where does everyone get moldings to trim with? I have the link to Moldings Direct, but are there any other good online resources? Where should I look locally (tried the big box - poor selection)?

I am -still- trying to find the time to install some Kahrs Builders flooring. I bought their transistion molding, but it seems to be very wide. What is the least width and overlap I can get away with? And, obviously, I may need to do some trimming to the underside (floor side) of the moldings to get the heights just right. What tool can I use to do that trimming? A table saw?
