I found a company that sells 'systems' to control the humidity in the crawlspace. I am going to contact them for a quote in the next few days, as soon as I have time to go out and check the # of vents and locations and make a sketch of the layout. Basically these systems consist of R.H. meters along with other measuring devices, if required, to control fans to exhaust or intake air.

I checked the moisture again today, it is standing still at 12% in the subfloor.

The way new homes are built and how full remodels are sealed tight, your home becomes one big greenhouse if there is no air transfer, or something to remove the building up of the humidity.
