I ordered and paid for hardwood for pickup in Cleveland. I received an e-mail that my order was in, called to confirm and was told my order was in, and I drove 20 miles in my gas-guzzling Ram to pick it up. 2 very confused salesmen farted around for a hour trying to find it, tried to sell me something different, and then told me it was a mistake and that my order wasn't in yet. I got mad and asked if there was any way I could get a discount or rebate for my trouble, and asked how I could be 100% certain my order was in the store before driving out again. They got mad at me, threw me out of their store, and cancelled my order even though I was willing to drive back and get it. I ended up buying from a local place that is 20% more expensive, but has this in stock, so I can pick up what I need whenever I need it.
