Even if he got an independent inspection from an NWFA certified inspector that stated full replacement was the best course of action, it would not guarantee he would win in court nor does it guarantee Mercier would go along with the plan. It would give him more ammo in this fight though. I'm just curious, is this floor a solid or an engineered. I cannot tell.
