Is it there a product to stain maple floors ,
which should make the maple floor look really white ?

Maple doesn't like stain. You could try other products. There is a Danish product out that is lye based. It is more of a wash than a stain. But it does do the trick. I have only seen it on one peice of maple. A whole floor would b e a challenge. And it also takes a topcoat.
