 This is a message to all contractor and consumers. Do not buy from Lumber Liquidators. No matter what the savings may be it is not worth the total disregard for customer service and the management is rude and insulting once they have your money. The manager of the Ontaio, CA store told me "I used to do what you do (Air Conditioning) until I got smart" and the District manager told me to grow up when I reported this to him. I hope everyone who reads this will pass it on and not use lumber liquidators.

Hey Ron,

Thanks for the heads up but you're preaching to the choir here.

Sounds like the same story as it is here.

They have created their own niche and have no shortage of consumers wanting a bargain.

You're going to get what you are willing to pay for, that's just a fact. Like Gary said, we are the choir.

I have pulled more than one customer "out of the fire" after receiving a shipment of their product.

I just grabbed a cord of A Maple (old school unfinished 2 1/4) and I have to say for the $68, every piece is
really nice, straight and consistent grain. Then again we're talking about a tree that is as common as it was
in 1927.
Of course the birdseye and figural has been taken out but that's to be expected.
Only thing is, it's a tad brighter than the 1927 boards I have to weave into, hence my next post
on questions for accomplishing that matchup....
