This really surprises me...

"Comparable store net sales increased 2.0% for the quarter on top of an increase of 8.4% for the third quarter of the prior year.."

Used to be the nearest LL location was 60 miles away from me. This past year LL opened up a very nice showroom in my town. I install alot of their products.... just finished up a Schon engineered glue down and have wood ordered for a job in 2 weeks. I make fairly decent money installing it. That said, I don't send anyone there, clients go out and make their own buying decisions after considering all the pros and cons.

I can make anything look good....

Had a friend apply to them as a installer .. they wanted his credit info , last two years income , You have to measure the job and if there is extra wood they bill it back to you , Put them on your insurance of course .. Give me a break ..

Yeah I know Nick.... I ain't on their list. :D And this store in my town does have a list printed out listing installers their customers can contact themselves. The list is right there on the counter for customers to take home with them.

That printed list, has got both LL and Prosource in the middle of several lawsuits. Neither have a printed list here, that they hand out, anymore. It is all verbal, so it does not tie them into a botched installation.

I'm replacing one right now, that Prosource had to buy all new wood and sundries, because of their list, just to stay out of a lawsuit. About $10,000 worth of wood.
