I live in a high rise coop with a cement sub-floor and must float a new hardwood floor. I am down to 2 choices based on color and now have to decide which type and brand to buy. One is Mirage Red oak Montana - color Umbria (lock and click) and the other is Mannington Madison oak plank - color rick oak (tongue and groove). Both are 5 inch planks. According to the manufactures, both floors can be floated and are acceptable by the Coop. Which do you recommend???
