I have approximtely 900 square feet of maple floors. It was installed in 1999. I am looking to have it sanded and refinnished for the first time. I also have a 50lb dog. So far, I have been told that I will need 3 coats. What are the advantages and disadvantages with LOBA or SYNTEKO. Which one should I use?

I would suggest Bona traffic, I am ot too familiar with the other 2.
