I’m having an engineered hardwood installed and am seeing some gaps larger than I’d like. This was taken about 5 hours after they laid down the floor. There are two home depot paint cards put together in that slot. I feel like there shouldn’t be gaps this large given the boards are $7sqft and high quality. I can’t fit a credit card but I’m not happy.

The engineered hardwood is Allegro 95308.

I’m going to have them stop installing so I can get another opinion.

Please help!!
