I am currently installing 3/8" BR111 Santos Mahogany on my stairs, doing risers and treads with PL400 and 1 inch 18g nails blindnailed. Everything is going well and now at the 4'x4' landings turning the corner to continue the next run of stairs, should I continue with the PL400 and blindnailing or glue down with Bostik best? I have both and feel like the PL400 would work fine with a good zig zag application of adhesive. Do I need more hold or adhesive for a 4'x4' area?? The subfloor is clean, level and square plywood. Stair nosing is getting 3 face nails 9 inches apart.
Thanks, Jon

When doing stairs, and landings, it is less messy and works just as good, to use a caulking tube, of adhesive.

The PL400 will work fine.
