We have added onto our kitchen and I have the unpleasant tasking of matching the stain to the rest of my floor. However before I can start that task, I am looking for some help determining the grade of the floor I am going to line up against. I took several photos of two different areas. Some with and without a flash.

Thanks for the help.

Thank you. I am located near Philadelphia, does anyone have a suggestion on a place to go to? I am going to do the intall myself, but I am looking for a place to get the lumber and to help with getting the color as close as possible.

Thanks for the store. Do you have any experience with them or does anyone on this forum?

They are a well know reputable outfit in the hardwood distribution business. Ive never dealt direct with them but know some guys in the trade that deal with them on a regular basis. 21/4 #1 red should be around the 2.25 per sf mark. Varies some by where it was manufactured.
