We are looking for a floating floor we can DIY. We're impressed by Kahrs floors.

What is the quality of the Linnea vs. the Original Woodloc.

I realize there is a big difference in thickness, but we plan to be in this house no more than 3 years, so refinishing in not really an issue for us.

It seems like the Linnea product will meet our needs, but we have concerns about the "hollow" sound thin laminate floors make. Will this product be similar?

Do you recommend using the Karhs underlayment?
