Hi Everyone,

I had a Kahrs Avanti floor installed in July and now in October I see it popping up and squeaking. The installer says it is my fault because I didn't let them acclimatize the flooring. When I called Kahrs, they said not to do it. I think the installers didn't lock the flooring into place.

Anyone have experience with Kahrs flooring? Can it be taken up and locked back in place? Or do i have to buy all new flooring? Does it need to be acclimatized? I am trying to get the installer to fix it.
