James, I am the owner.

I can't help but feel screwed.. and I know you can't control ground water escalation or anything, but as someone who went to flooring experts and now has a room full of worthless wood...I can't help but feel like some one messed up.

We didn't have monsoon rain. We had spring.

I'm just not sure of my next move. Whether it's worth it or not to seek litigation(which I hate the idea of) or call the guy back and demand he didn't do what was necessary to safely install this type of floor.
I'm a bit clueless.

Installers use the wrong twoel or worn trowels all the time. Follow the inspectors lead in that respect. Seems to me that adhesive is Bosticks contractor grade stuff, not meant for high MVE and in AZ the licensing board would make you replace it.

I could win bids all day long if I chose to use the contractor grade all the time. It's like $260 for 4 gallons of Ultra-Set Single Step vs the $120 dollar 5 gallon bucket of contractor grade stuff.
