What is your opinions of this brand?, live in the UK and this is the floor we bought. never see any mention of it in this forum. do you guys rate it in the US?

If it has the clips, it can get tricky. Other then that no problems as long as your humidity levels stay very consistent.

The Junkers floors I have worked on did not have the best finish. It wore easily. However, that was years ago and they more than likely have improved it. What I liked was the long, solid planks that could be floated. Not the easiest floor to install, if it is the one with the clips underneath.

Thanks for the replies. I lay ed it with the clip system, much slower than nailing but it was over a concrete slab. American White Oak, 20.5 thick, 2.4m long planks, Thats why we choose it, in the US you seem to have so much choice of quality hardwood, over here Junkers is an industrial product (expensive, even the clips cost a small fortune), just wish we had the choice you guys do, over here most of the cheaper wood is Chinese (crap).
