Hello! All, we had installed "Bonita Gold Scandian Tiger wood 5" inch floor 5 years back. We are in Texas. Last October, foundation problem was detected since there were small cracks on ceilings. Foundation got repaired in the front half of the house. In family leaving area which is back of the house (where foundation was not repaired) , started getting big cracks in 2-3 planks. 2-3 planks got unglued. We used to see bump in carpet. We called technician from from yellpw pages, we bought additional 20 sq ft wood, he charged $350 for 5-6 planks replacement. 3 days after replacement, same area 2-3 planks unglued and had a bump.

You'll have to explain the bump more. Any pictures? You'll have to upload to any common photo sharing site, then add the url here.

Looks like the floor is buckling to me. I'd have to demo planks to see it.
Maybe they foundation repair jacked up the expansion space ot created a high spot. Impossible to decern without seeing the substrate.
Any pics of what the installer went over? Flatness issues? Cracks? Check perimeter gaps under base.

Thanks for reply. I do not have pictures when the 3-4 planks surface was opened to re-install those planks. We did check for any crack/gap on sub floor and could not locate any.

Another question , will following solution work:
if reinstall those 3-4 planks by keeping 6 inch gaps. check how it expands and then fill up that 6 inch gap.

First thing I'd do is pull the base and any other transitions to look to see if the floor is locked in. Is this nailed, glued or floated>

Also, can you please clarify " what is locked in" floor.

Glue is used through out.
