I am going to install a haddon hall pattern parquet that I will make all the individual pieces and build the squares directly on the wood sub floor.
I will tongue and groove all edges.
Do I need to trowel glue the wood down or can I just edge nail it with my bostitch.
I is made from 5" walnut planks that I will cut into 5" by 14" pieces with a 4" block in the middle.
Ive been doing wood floors for 12 years but this is my first parquet floor.
Any Advice would be appreciated
Steve
